Malika, one of the amazing researchers who got in touch about this project just emailed me to explain the birds and the bees and the shes and now I know, it's the girl bees doing all the work. Like Santa's reindeer.

It’s weird how you have a hard time getting traction on Mastodon, which is full of hackers, isn’t it? No faving, no boosting.

One thing you could do is admit how you fucked up and get back on the side of the makers, hackers, and activists who made you matter.

We care about bees, too, you know. We’re just all really suspicious about what you care about now.
