The EatLancet report is probably the best thing I've read on nutrition and sustainability in a long time.

the tl;dr is eating a lot of sustainably grown plant foods is ideal for us and the environment.

But seeing the why of it is compelling.

In Gregger's last book, there's a whole chapter on the various finding on why plants that have been nibbled by insects turn out to be more nutritious, that blew my mind a bit. I was expecting it to be mentioned in the Lancet Commission, if you're interested I can pick out that chapter and send it over, I think it'll interest you 😀

@neauoire Ah, I still need to read that one. I figured I could put it on hold until I master the how not to diet steps entirely
