Watched Godland(2022) last night at the Victoria Film Festival. Iceland looks terrifying and beautiful.

Iceland and the Faroe islands, like the northeast most of Scotland (Fraserburgh, the Broch), is kinda life changing. I once leaned over a cliff in the Broch, and the wind was so strong that I could not fall. Had a similar experience in Norway. And since you're sea-worthy you should sail it! But, by god, I'd be a' feared! !!

Iceland is definitely both of these things, my trip there definitely left a strong impression on me. I can understand now why almost everyone has an artistic side project around there, it's really hard not to get inspired and at the same time, art is very much needed to get through the tough parts of the year.

@ritualdust It's nice to be able to see these pictures with decent bandwidth, last time I looked, we were anchored up north and tethering, I was afraid to turn on high res.

Such a beautiful and terrifying place. I'd love to visit some day.
