I have now achieved mpeg-level glitching.
(probably due to the fact that I'm using the same buffer for storing the frame data and reading the file)

Alright, I made a separate buffer for storing the file data (which I probably should have done in the first place), and that fixed it.
So now, I got transparency optimization working! And it seems ok-ish at reducing the file size:

- BadApple!!: 4.4M vs 20M raw ICN
- keyboard-cat: 605K vs 769K raw ICN
- skate: 2.7M vs 3M raw ICN

I wonder, do you RLE over 8x8 tiles? or for individual bytes?
