Up next on my #StarTrek reading list, I’m continuing my read through of the #TNG novels with #24 - Nightshade (1992) by Laurell K. Hamilton #trekbooks

I read all the ST books I could as a kid back in the late 90s, and as an adult who has now read Hamilton's other work, I was *shocked* to look back and realize she'd written something as... mundane? chill? as a ST novel. 😂

@melissa I’m not familiar with Hamilton’s other work, but I’ve Trek novels can be pretty wild and out there sometimes. Not sure if this is a novel like that, though

Oh, her famous books are incredibly sex-laden urban fantasy (vampires, werewolves, fairies, etc.). 😂 It's been forever since I read that ST book, but there's no way it's rated X, I think.
