I asked Illinois DOC for their banned books list and they REFUSED. Originally I got a copy 9 mths ago - & now I wanted an update to check for changes

But they said it was "unduly burdensome" of me to ask again.

Being a prison official must be WILD. Like, CAN YOU IMAGINE just saying fuck you no I'm not doing my job because I did it once, 9 months ago?
