Our mushrooms growing workshop sold out fast. There's going to be another mushrooms growing workshop, in the Fall. All the participants today, were delighted to make their own blue oysters grow bucket to take home.

Our next workshop at the community orchard is a fruit tree grafting workshop - which is sold out with a waiting list.

Mountain Hare - from a stroll up the hills today. It was bitterly cold, but the hares were relaxed and allowed me to get close enough.

Taken with a Canon R5 and RF100-500mm lens.

Always lovely to see in the Highlands Of Scotland.

Saving seeds from the fruits of your current harvest for your plants in the next season is a thousands of years old key practice to grow plants and cultivate new breedings. Not to forget, it is actually the main technology that enabled humankind to finally stop nomadism and to settle down.

Still, many of us do not know how to save seeds and so we decided to offer an interactive online workshop presented by Aimee Fenech last year. This is the recording of our session back.

Thanks go out to Aimee for holding the session, to BjΓΆrn for preparing the video and to the Center for the Cultivation of Technology for letting us record the session.

If you like the video/workshop, spread the word! Help others, saving their seeds!
