If you're struggling with time management, learn about how others approach it. Here's some information that may help: socialwork.buffalo.edu/content…

Journaling doesn't have to be about beautiful things. Sometimes it's about the stressful stuff too: socialwork.buffalo.edu/content…

on top of this, the answers to those questions can ALSO MEAN that you do have legitimate reasons to be this stressful about certain things. Do not accidently end up gaslighting yourself. Empathy for yourself and your people.

Welcome to the Triassic parks!

Every time I see another photo of some small corner of the universe, I can't explain it, but I feel very small and insignificant. I'm sure it's just me.

NASA is preparing to launch its TEMPO satellite next month!

TEMPO will observe air quality over North America from space every hour and reveal how pollution exposure varies by neighborhood and within a city. go.nasa.gov/3G3jjDq

in reply to NASA

is it called tempo because it has a drum kit on the side?

Once in orbit, TEMPO will join a larger constellation of satellite missions that monitor air quality in Europe and Asia, @esa’s upcoming Sentinel-4 and South Korea’s GEMS, respectively.

Clearly this is a false coloring since we're talking about infrared. Should we interpret white as representing many frequencies, purple as high frequency and red as low?

I assume that is in false color given that it is in the infrared. Should I interpret white as reflecting many frequencies, purple as high frequencies and red as low frequencies? Or some other false color coding?
