I like this video too 😊. I realise you have to keep the video simple, but I find the mycorrhizal association between fungus and plant root to be fascinating. Experiments have shown that the strain of fungi can have a more significant influence on the flavour and appearance of the crop than the seed and DNA of what you are trying to grow.

I agree! Healthy soil is as essential as clean air and clean water. This is an excellent educational video on what can be a very complicated subject. We are what we eat 🥕 🍅 🍆
