Paneforte di Siena just out of the oven. It has to cool fully then remove from the tin and dust heavily with icing sugar.

that does look seriously amazing! How challenging was it to make and was the texture perfect ??? (judging by your bread track record, I would not be surprised if it came out stunningly!)

Seems to have worked. It's remarkably simple. I haven't cut it yet, so it remains to be seen what it's like inside.
