Science is for everyone, but not everyone can see themselves there.

That’s one reason I love this beautifully illustrated, FREE to download comic book developed by Flint teachers, artists & plant biologists. Through classroom modules w real plants, high school students learn how traits evolve over time through natural selection w characters who look like more of them. And that matters toward building a more inclusive STEM future. https://hioh.education/monkeyflowers-graphic-novel #science #art

great! Let's see one of these encouraging males into primary school teaching, or nursing, or secretarial work, or beauty therapy, or ANY female dominated industry.

this is terrific! Although I’ve never heard back from either the Florida or Texas school boards about my offer to sell them my original book, which this beautiful artwork reminds me of, “Dick and Jane Discover the Wonderful World of Opium”, at a bulk discount.

This is so neat! Books, TV, and film play a huge role in inspiring young people to go into the STEM fields, and having more inclusive and accurate representation can only foster more ideas, more solutions, and more equity -- and hopefully a planet we can all cohabitate on peacefully.
