just say this is an annual series or something? lolfuck. stuff has changed I guess:

Apple: i got a fancy new job i mostly love. the only con is that i have a macbook for it, mandatory. It might be the literal worst computing experience of my life, 3 months in. I find new reasons everyday to be frustrated in my preferred workflows.

Facebook: It's annoying insta does so much login bullshit but still pretty close to 0.
->Friendica has been ...mostly up... and mostly fine for me.

Amazon: 0 interaction since besides an accidental order from some merchant on their website or ebay being fufilled by amazon by surprise -_- fuckin' monopolies. My job doesn't even use AWS!!

Microsoft: at work i've been suggested to get a windows VM but ive resisted thusfar >_>

Google:
Android: I literally just got the Pinephone - android obsolescence is on the horizon but i worry about:
-Dating Apps... this is really it. they might have web-clients i can find, we'll see...

Maps: well i ain't done much travelling so my use has way decreased and even been supplanted a lot by nextcloud maps! that works great for exploring and marking personal locations.

Youtube: My RSS feeds have been perfected and more integrated into JellyFin, so I mostly use that for subscriptions now, not using the youtube UI. However, invidious has split up and I havent set up my own server yet, so I've been delayed in this arena.

Voice: no progress and this is actually the most important one but its also the most complex ;_; fffffffffffffuuuuuuuuuuuuuuuuuu
