I understand Futo's concerns about sustainability of open source developers, but the goal of #FreeSoftware was never to "protect developers", it was always about the protection of users, so it is a bit of a weird thing to expect from the licenses to protect the developers from "misuse" of their code. What they might deem as "misuse", a user might deem "none of your business, it is one of my fundamental computing rights".
