Our guesses were pretty close!

The small ones are brown birch bolete. The bigger bolete remains a bit of a mystery. The blackening brittlegrill was correct (apparently they're edible but not great).

Some friends found an abundance of chanterelles and just gifted us some because we helped with foraging tips! I'm so happy because it has been a scant year for mushrooms, and I've never had chanterelles before.
