Congratulations folks! So many new features! We could make an #AstroPi with two cameras on a single unit. But I'm wondering how the 16nm die would fare on board the ISS. Looks like quite a hefty chunk of metal on the top of the AP so that combined with a flight case itself might be enough. We would probably need to get one inside a chamber and bombard it to know.

Folks, I think it's time for me to talk about something I've been holding onto for a while. I work at the European Space Agency in the Netherlands, however I am a contractor so I am not technically allowed to speak on behalf of the agency. So for clarity I am speaking here as myself the individual. Those of you who know me will remember the #astropi project from Tim Peake's mission to the ISS in 2015/16.

Last week some of us headed out to the small satellite conference in Utah, and some of us built ground stations, and a good time was had by all! #smallsat #cubesat #astropi #space
