Affects me too. I'm moving from employment to self-employment and have to pay over $1,500/mth for insurance premiums for three months in 2024 (on an insurance continuation plan) before I'll qualify for the ACA in 2025. I'm not sure how I'm going to afford it at this point. My only hope is that it will still be there when I can qualify next year. Also, my daughter's been on it for several years and it's meant so much to her.

I've had my Medicare Advantage insurance canceled *TWICE* within twelve months because of dispute between the insurer (United Health) and the medical provider - it had nothing to do with me.

So I ended up with pneumonia, a temperature of 104F, and uninsured. I was turned away from urgent care and had to go to the ER as uninsured.

Our US medical system sucks.
