New experimental #fruitLoaf This one is 50% rye flour and 50% plain wheat flour.
I went for standard A Grade cinnamon, some mace and Allspice, with almonds, dates and apricots.

will remain to be seen. Same physical weight as the normal loaf, since all ingredients are weighed rather than using volumetric measures.

yeah I get the gist. Thus the β€œremains to be seen”, since I won’t know til I cut it, and I can’t do that until it cools.

Banana bread is fantastic (although the recipe I have is kinda half cake/half bread, in that it uses baking powder not yeast).
