460g plain flour 5g active dry yeast 9g salt 111g milk 161g water 40g egg 40g sugar 20g butter about 2g spices (I used cinnamon, all spice and ginger - but you can use whatever you like)
Mix and knead.
Rise - 2-4hrs Form in to a rectangle, 1cm thick arrange dried fruit and nuts of your choice over the entire rectangle. Roll up and place in a greased bread tin. Pre-heat oven to 220ΒΊC. When risen, put bread in oven, spray oven with water and decrease to 185ΒΊC. Bake 44min.
