Who could "The Resistance" refer to here except Hamas? I normally am very reserved about this stuff because there genuinely are situations where anti-zionism is mistaken for jew-hatred but in this case there's very little room for doubt in my view. I would like to think that @naceugene are well-meaning by reposting this but the contents are seriously concerning and a very clear case of #FediAntisemitism . I sincerely hope that whoever is running the NAC Eugene account will reconsider whether posting this was a good idea, hence why I directly mention the account here. I have also made a report and hope that the Kolektiva moderators will respond however they see fit.
EDIT: I forgot to mention that the choice of date of October 7th for this event makes it even more obvious that this event is unironically celebrating Hamas and their attack on October 7th of last year.

I despise AIPAC as much as the next person but this is a textbook antisemitic canard. As well, many of the replies going a step further and implying that AIPAC is basically controlling American politics is antisemitic.
This is the kind of antisemitic rhetoric you hear from Nazis that actively places Jews and Jewish communities in danger. And I only see Jews on here and a small select amount of people here talking about this.
At baseline this was REALLY bad, but it gets worse in the replies when she engages in blatant tokenism of her Jewish friends and becomes defensive at the mere implication that she could be possibly antisemitic.

Honestly if you actually give a shit about Jews here then block or silence the instance dair-community (dot) social or request your instance admin to do so. And stop boosting or engaging with their content. Please.
