In my opinion this is way too complicated and difficult to maintain.

After using the manual method for more than a decade, I am much more relaxed since I've switched to #Nextcloud All-in-One and #Podman.

I no longer have to worry about using the right Linux distribution, having the right dependencies installed, having dependencies change with Nextcloud upgrades, manual database interventions when upgrading, etc.. It finally just works™ thanks to AIO.
