Any idea what this spiky plant is?
Fruit has thin tough skin, spongey/crisp flesh (like a lillypilly), lots of seeds, no distinctive smell (just vegetative).
No idea of taste, since Iβm not eating random red fruit found on a bush that given the spikes, is clearly designed not to be eaten.
