This is the kind of news I like to hear! They're playing chess with Nintendo, and I hope emulation wins!
It's almost like Nintendo is trying to get me to not spend another cent on them ever again. All they are doing each time something like this happens is incentivize people to make emulators that don't even bother to reverse engineer anything, and then host them somewhere where they can never be taken down.
Shooting themselves in the foot here.
