I just realized why (one reason, at least) I'm having such a hard time finding information on #GleamLang
All the discussion and questions are happening in the Discord server. Which means when I'm developing with Gleam on my work computer, I am unable to access all of that information that's happening on Discord.
I realized this when I came across (another) StackOverflow post of a user asking a Gleam question with zero comments and zero replies. I thought to myself, well they should have asked in the Discord -- then it hit me.
All that good information in Discord is just locked behind the Discord doors, forcing you to buy into that ecosystem where it is all kept away from the rest of the internet. 😩
Related: I constantly see the same links in almost every web search about Gleam I make. Often times they are not even related to what I'm searching for but it's because I have "Gleam" and some other keyword in the post.
