Personally, I'd regulate them along boundaries, so US free speech absolutism cannot leak out of the US. EU rules apply in EU, say, and are rigorously applied in each geography. If that means these corporations see no business model in EU, then great!
I'd at the very least legislate (preferably universally) that the algorithm be open and subject to scrutiny and legal control.

It seemed that they always stopped short of a really fine piece. They took classes from the best, no shortage of tools and materials.
But the 'finished' piece was always a bit rough around the edges. Not in a 'rustic' way. More like they ran out of creative steam in the final stages.
Many of these were not development pieces, but ones they hoped to sell. They had invested a lot of time in the piece but at some point just said 'enough'. I know the feeling, I'm not trying to sell my stuff, maybe gift it,but If it's going to be displayed I do my best to make it the best I can.
Some folks make the process look so easy. Clearly they have done the work, but don't stop until any imperfection is removed, or extenuated for a desired effect.
Sometimes the 'wall' shows up quickly and discouragement sets in or it takes a lot longer or appears in places not visible to the observer.

I was looking at possibly getting a digital stylus for the Pixel Tablet I got last week but am not sure I'd use it as I'm pretty tuned in to using my Wacom on my desktop.
