I noticed a couple of issues with the friendica and threads.net integration today.
- The firefox extention Facebook container gets in the way (reported issue)
- The user profile link fails (assuming the above plugin is disabled)
I found the firefox extention Firefox Multi-Account Containers can be used instead ... just that you need to train it to keep meta sites in a seperate container.
I also found that whilst the profile URL fails on friendica, the link under the Unfollow button does work.
(browser containers can be used to keep settings local to a container - eg avoid any cookies set by facebook pollute browsing other sites. Also useful to open different accounts with the same institition)
