We had to say goodbye to our sweet Happy. She was the very best girl & we had so many adventures together. Happy hiked mountains in Colorado, camped with us in Texas, ran across California’s beaches & pranced through the Michigan snow.
She named herself Happy & loved every person she ever met. We have always felt extremely lucky to find her on Congress Ave & came to call her our Austin terrier since she was a little bit of every breed. We will miss her every day. #dogsofmastodon
I hope you find some comfort in remembering all the joy you brought each other ❤️

Fair enough, I can see that. That said, I don't think the browser would last long if they went this route. Mainly because I doubt most people have time to compile a browser with external patches.
Though if Thorium implemented an update feature that pulls the source and auto complies it, that might be more acceptable. This method would likely require some amount of automated testing to ensure nothing went wrong.

All of Asia has just seven countries with clean tap water: Israel, Saudi Arabia, Kuwait, the UAE, Singapore, South Korea, and Japan. Australia and New Zealand round out the club.
That leaves out all of Africa, most of Latin America, and the world’s two most populous countries, India and China.

The second viz is using underlying data labeled ”Unsafe water source”, not ”Unsafe tap water”, so it’s definitely not showing that ”the lower the number, the worse the DALY rate due to dirty tap water” as the writer states.
