Interesting device for holding the PCB there - how do you stop the components falling out when you turn it over?

Also, is that lead free solder?

Goddamn.. our monthly electric and gas bill is over €185 per month.. :amaze:

I think I gotta shut down our home server including PeerTube.TV and Stux.Chat.. I would love to keep it all running but I simply can't..

mstdn.social will remain ofc but I gotta cut some costs somewhere :blobcatscared:

Oh, look. Here's a seventeen year old DVD drive that's still working. That's almost 620 times longer than your Blu Ray drive, LG.

In this 3h+ stream from august im creating and performing ambient soundscapes from scratch in @Bitwig@twitter.com with some @valhalladsp@twitter.com magic.

Nothing is prepared. Patches are built, performed and recorded in realtime. Nice for background listening. ❤

I haven't posted a waterfall in a while, so here's one I visited yesterday on a circular walk through a forestry, along with a small reservoir and a pond 😊

it's a lovely little walk, only around 5 miles and very gentle (other than the short path down to the waterfall ) but its always worth a visit 😊

Have you ever looked at who is behind these new for-profit "fact-checking" companies?

"NewsGuard" is "advised" by one of the country's most famous liars—the man who secretly built the global mass surveillance system that, once uncovered, courts condemned as an outrageous crime. t.co/FNkD5dGUqw

oh my god oh my god oh my god oh my god

I can't even describe, properly, in words what I felt watching this. It was seeing an old friend again, after such a long absence.

That's absolutely incredible work. I had to check that wasn't actually Robin Williams. O.o

Wow... that... yeah, that is a scary- accurate performance... that is exactly what I remember of Robin in that role, when I was a kid...

While in Mareeba, we bought fancy Gin. It's Ooray (otherwise known as Davidson Plum) Gin.

#alcohol #gin #fancy

GPS Logs collated, and mapped. We travelled (including walking sections) 6,906km (most of that driving).
