New Blog Alert: Diversity & Inclusion in #ResearchSoftware
Some fresh insights from an International Workshop at 2023 IEEE eScience Conference facilitated by the URSSI ‘Charting the course’ project (https://urssi.us/projects/policy/about/), based at NCSA @ UIUC, and supported by the Sloan Foundation.
The workshop served as a catalyst for a much-needed dialogue about advancing diversity in research software; we've got pieces of a roadmap at this point, albeit with a long way to go.
