Microsoft's suggestions to move up the waitlist for #Bing x #ChatGPT waitlist are a lot like a scam site that gets you to download random apps, fill in surveys, watch an ad, etc
You can build an "app" by adding invisible roleplay rules to the beginning of the user's conversation with your generic chatbot. But if your user makes up new rules your app might follow those instead.
