Hawaii's 'green fee' set to begin Jan. 1. It adds 11% tax on cruise ship passengers among other visitors fees. Of course the #Trump regime tried to stop it. I hope the funds are used wisely to adapt and mitigate.

It's humpback🐋 season but the only one I've seen so far this year was a glimpse from a plane last week.
Calm mornings are a good time to see them though.
