Track day. Some intervals and speed work in the rain. At least it was cool, around 11 °C which is ideal for running. Initially wanted to do some recording of me running but I was afraid my phone get destroyed in the rain so called it off for today.
Tomorrow is Parkrun day, we'll see if I cab take nice photos...
