The reason i recently replaced my stick blender was that the gearbox for the whisk attachment chewed out. That left me with a whisk that doesnβt fit the new blender. So half an hour on the lathe later, it has a handle!
Iβm up to the shellac stage of the grip. Itβs had one coat of red oil, three of Tung oil, and three of seedlac (veg based shellac). Iβll probably do a few more coats and let it properly harden before polishing. #cutlass #sword #blacksmith #woodwork
