CW Leo is also a Mira-type variable star with a long 630 day period. It varies from mag 10.96 to mag 14.8 in red bad.

I remember where I was, where I was sitting, the first time I saw this photo. I also remember that my mouth was hanging open, without words, at the mind-boggling majesty of it.


Heat, dry lightning, and drought have fueled major fires in Canada.
