In my opinion, hpc.social Mastodon is a joke. You censored nothing or kicked no one off anything except your own clique. I truly believe you do not understand federation.
This is not true. The op, whomever it is, does indeed censor and limit some users with who he disagrees, even though they have not technically violated the terms and conditions. They are left in a state of no one being able to see their posts. I know this for a fact, as my old account was one of those accounts.
In other words, those who run and frequent hpc.social are censoring hypocrites. Enjoy your clique.

All they do is summarize what I stated. My account was limited due to disagreements with my statements, not due to violations of terms and conditions.
All my statements stand and Mastodon is no better than Twitter/X. In fact it is like the the Pre-Elon X with full censorship of opposing views and limiting of accounts with those with which you disagree.

Researchers have built a superconducting camera with 400,000 pixels, which is so sensitive it can detect single photons. It comprises a grid of wires with no resistance until a photon strikes them. This shuts down the superconductivity in the grid, sending a signal. By combining the locations and intensities of the signals, the camera generates an image. These devices have been possible for decades but with a fraction of the pixel count of this new version.
