You know what? I think Oquonie is complete.

For the past two months @rek and I ported a game of ours for its 10th years anniversary since iOS updates broke it beyond repair.

It has been rewritten to target a virtual machine, which should(hopefully) help us keeping it playable. In the next few days I'll release a document that explains how to write an emulator to run the game.

#finishit -ed the bathroom cabinet! You can see the recycled bamboo cutting board turned shelf.

For #finishit today, @rek and I are doing final playtests, stitching spritesheets and optimizing memory usage. To help with that, I made a little ROM visualizer.

Added metadata to Oquonie, inching closer to #finishit.

Happy to report I've finished my #finishit project, the brutalist case for norns shield.
I have more info about the making of it on my site https://tendigits.space/site/norns_shield_case.html

I dont know what #finishit is, but the biggest project I can't wait to get off my hands is the sale of my first sailboat.
Almost done with all the work to get inside photos taken before I can list it. #theBoatyard

Day two of #finishit, @rek found some improvements to the game flow that would trip players early on in the game. Will try to finish this up today so we can see if the playthrough is smoother tomorrow.

For #finishit I'll complete my brutalist norns sheild case. It's nearly there so maybe there will be a secondary goal as well.

finished this questionable (but very useful!) diy cruising dinghy launching & retrieval winch :>

(the winch is bought! but the fittings & use case is *very* diy 😀

[2023-04-02 — 2023-04-09]

Have a project that's been lingering? Seize this opportunity to finish it using that extra boost of energy that comes from jamming with others—the smaller the project, the better!

It may be software, a feature, music, artistic, gardening-related - if you started working on it: it’s applicable
