My neighbors commissioned me to build their son his very first PC after building his older sister one two years ago. They mentioned what games he wants to play (Madden, 2k, FIFA, God of War, Call of Duty, etc) and we figured out a budget.

He plays sports for his school, likes John Wicke and the color purple, and i finished building it today, so why not make it my very first Pixelfed post?

There are beloved members using the Fediverse that do not advertise on their webpages that they are active here, but simultaneously adverting that they are on Facebook, Instagram, Bluesky etc. We see this as a serious issue long term and will be calling people out moving forward. We certainly try to stay positive here at FediPUG and will equally be calling out the good! The Fediverse will only grow to be healthy and sustainable if the people that use it help to promote it.

finally fixed the last issue i had with source engine on my PC, which means, 100% of my PC upgrade is now complete, as this was the last concern i had to address with everything PC-related. it only took since mid-December.
very pleased I finally can just enjoy the computer.
