Told a co-worker I'm colour-blind because she kept writing in yellow pen and I hated it. Manager overheard, asked if I struggle with our software, I had to keep the lie going. Now they've spent thousands upgrading it for colour-blind accessibility. Oops.

@Gargron
Given that males are over represented in tech and that 1 in 12 of us are color blind, I am puzzled why major software vendors continue to make bad choices. One system I use uses little colored dots to indicate the status of components. They all look the same to me. Rage inducing.

Sculpt OS 25.10 released

In the light of this year's roadmap focus on "rigidity, clarity, performance", Sculpt OS 25.10 looks the same as the version 25.04 but might feel different as it includes countless under-the-hood improvements of the two preceding framework releases 25.05 and 25.08. User interaction on performance-starved platforms like the PinePhone has become visibly smoother thanks our recent CPU sched

@BartV That is not a terrified cat. What are you judging on? The ears? This is normal if there's noise coming from behind him. A terrified cat would not sit still like that.
in reply to Eugen Rochko

@Gargron yes: ears, eyes, thehunched posture. It all reads as scared to me, which makes sense if you dress it up - cats tend to hate that. I hope I’m mistaken!

I had to end the stream early due to network problems. I’m not sure where the issue is – at my client PC or at the Owncast server PC – but I’ll have to do some diagnostics work to figure it out 😞

The alleged "Steam data breach" appears to be SMS delivery logs from some provider, if it is true at all. Twilio says there is no indication that this data was obtained from Twilio.

You don't have to change your password, such a provider would not have your account information.

Well, as a civilian agency, I suppose YOU didn't take an oath to uphold the Constitution. So you must think it's OK to follow Trump's illegal Executive Orders that DO NOT uphold the Constitution.

Cowards.
