I asked Illinois DOC for their banned books list and they REFUSED. Originally I got a copy 9 mths ago - & now I wanted an update to check for changes

But they said it was "unduly burdensome" of me to ask again.

For this I built an Ad-hoc wireless network using an old router and some Raspberry Pi 3s. That was fun, if maybe a little overkill.

One sensor controls four nodes, changing videos made in response to stories that I collected, and simultaneously generating some great muddled text from a model trained on 100-year-old newspapers.

There are many things about this map/song that are not my usual: long streams, Juice Wrld (😂), and a fair amount of high-pitched noise.
