Transcriptomics-Driven Characterization of LUZ100, a T7-like Pseudomonas Phage with Temperate Features

"This transcriptomics-driven characterization of LUZ100 supports recent evidence that T7-like phages should not automatically be assumed to have a strictly lytic life cycle."

Right now, the entire country of Denmark is using 4.245MW of electricity.

Windmills are producing: 3.442 MW
Solar is producing: 746 MW

So if we do the math, wind + solar = 98.7% of our energy use right now is 100% renewable

Just a reminder that not only can we fix climate change, we are fixing it.

Where can I find a list of NASA math's ? Is there anyone else you're proud off ? A search for NASA math's in Google results in Katherine Jonson for the first 5 pages. I did find a document on your site where she was listed as coauthor with Skopinski, T. H. who wrote several books and articles

@revvy Yes, because it was same text across all boxes. it's about text length. I updated it a bit beta-esmailelbob.surge.sh/inst…. is it better?

My PC. I'm reinstalling everything. NetworkManager won't autoconnect on boot. It starts, but won't make any connection. I tried "nmcli c mod <network> connection.autoconnect true" and "nmcli d set wlan0 autoconnect true".
in reply to Esmail EL BoB :dinosaur:

No, I just did it because I had backups and thought it would go fine.

OpenRC boot lines:
* Starting NetworkManager ...
Connecting............... 0s

[offline]Also has nothing to do with my Wireguard VPN.

in reply to Revvy 🇨🇦

@revvy is it gentoo? and hmm I had similar problem but due I added wrong configuration while installing gnetoo. saying you have backups means it's recent problem with already installed system so indeed, weird but happy you have backups (cries in no backup)
in reply to Esmail EL BoB :dinosaur:

No, Artix. Going into interactive and manually saving it with "save persistent" didn't work either. And I'm also using WiFi unfortunately.
in reply to Esmail EL BoB :dinosaur:

Alright, thanks anyway! I noticed when it was saved in /etc/NetworkManager/system-connections that auth-alg was set to open and key-mgmt was wpa-psk when my network uses WPA2. When I connect manually though, internet works and the contents of the file never changes.
in reply to Esmail EL BoB :dinosaur:

By backups I meant everything I needed to rebuild my system, like KeePassXC databases and SSH keys. Not a full image of my system.
in reply to Esmail EL BoB :dinosaur:

I fixed it by adding a service st sysint runlevel that connects with nmcli, and for some reason Wireguard didn't change my DNS so I manually changed it in nmcli. I'm so happy! :brain3:
in reply to Esmail EL BoB :dinosaur:

No, I was just lazy and tired. It looks horrible. Tested on Tor Browser 12.0.3 (letterboxing disabled) on 1920x1080 screen. I upgraded my server's disk space just so you could see this screenshot. 😀 Sleep well.

in reply to Esmail EL BoB :dinosaur:

I didn't mean it that way. 🙁 It's just because the boxes fill up the whole screen and it looks weird, it's not your fault. 😀
in reply to Revvy 🇨🇦

The whole reason I reinstalled in the first place was because I wanted Artix with LARBS, tried for 12+ hours and failed and gave up and installed Arch.

Given the very serial and ephemeral nature (of attention) on mastodon (or twitter), I'm now considering:

toot for this week's stuff, each also pointing to ...
federated blog (e.g WriteFreely) for this month's stuff, each also pointing to ...
personal wiki, everything, organised by date, category, hashtag, shoe size, etc.

Could that work? Would it be of interest?

A Phylogenetic Study of Dengue Virus in Urban Vietnam shows Long-term Persistence of Endemic Strains

"We observed 5 viral lineages co-circulating in Nha Trang from three DENV serotypes, with two likely to have remained as uninterrupted transmission chains for a decade. This, suggests clade cryptic persistence in the area, even in during periods of low reported incidence."
