In this context it might be wise to have also a look at the top-level domains one use. E.g. .com (icannwiki.org/.com) is obviously non-European, .xyz (icannwiki.org/.xyz) as well. Would be good if the nextcloud webpage would be available also under a .eu top-level (and/or under another European country top-level domain).
Especially European cloud providers should take care of their top-level domains (especially for cloud endpoints)

@Muse - When we were doing our history-of-the-internet interviews I was kid of a stickler (yeah, that lawyer stuff kicking in again) about getting proper release forms.
I've wondered whether street scene films get such release forms from all of the people in the background (assuming they are just j-random people and not paid extras.)
By-the-way, my grandmother decided to take up movie/TV-ad acting in her 90's. She had to join the screen actors guild. My aunt (who does mostly stage work) also does some movie roles - but the only thing of note is that she was played an astronaut's wife in the movie "The Right Stuff", and that was quite a while back.
