@Marek Bachmann :friendica: Ah, you need to run bin/composer install --no-dev whenever the composer.lock file changes.
in reply to Marek Bachmann

Thx, that fixed it. Nice! Was pulling the last times without worrying about that 😉

This #SmallBusinessSaturday, we're sharing a few examples of #smallbiz innovators who worked with @nasa @sbirgov to develop tech for our missions while impacting life on Earth. From a sustainable protein alternative to compactable satellite antennas, read on to learn more.
#NASATechnology

For humans to live far from Earth, we'll need food easily produced with minimal resources. With STTR funds, @naturesfynd & @montanastate developed a bioreactor to cultivate fungus into an edible protein. The tech will soon be tested on the @Space_Station: go.nasa.gov/3Vw0VZ6
#NASATechnology
in reply to NASA

fungus... Like mushroom? Also what about water and electrolytes.
in reply to NASA

Looks like a kitchen sponge. Hope they can make some with sri racha flavor.

Tendeg, LLC advanced its deployable parabolic antenna (commonly known as a dish antenna) with @sbirgov funds. This tech has supported @NASAEarth science and commercial missions, helping to capture images of the Earth’s surface for scientific research: go.nasa.gov/3u4B3ry
#NASATechnology

With the help of NASA STTR awards, woman-owned #smallbiz @MangoMaterials & the @coschoolofmines partnered to develop a system that produces a sustainable bioplastic from methane gas in space. But make it fashion – their tech could also be used on Earth: go.nasa.gov/3F3QyX6
#NASATechnology

Your #smallbiz can start its journey with the NASA Small Business Innovation Research and Small Business Technology Transfer (SBIR/STTR) program by submitting a proposal to our Phase I solicitation, opening January 2023. Keep an eye on go.nasa.gov/3F3KDBh for updates!

Anyone aware of a @Mastodon repo where storage is bound to #mysql rather than #postgresql?

Why?
I am looking to binding Mastodon to #iODBC such that storage is #DBMS independent.

A MySQL binding makes this effort easier since we already have a library in place for making any MySQL-specific app #ODBC based.

See: iodbc.org/dataspace/doc/iodbc/…

I had fun playing Möbius Front '83 yesterday, so I will be playing some more over at cast.samsai.eu/ in about 15 minutes. See you in the chat!

This is why I won't boost un-captioned images.

Got in a little 15-20 minute session of #BeatSaber for the first time since fucking up my back a week and a half ago. 😤 Felt pretty good, and although I didn't play any fitbeat maps (I was trying to be gentle!), I did play "CANDYYYLAND", which... was prolly a bit much.

Still recommend that song. It feels great to play: bsaber.com/songs/294c/

#OTD in 1975, the Lifting Body Program ended with the final flight of the X-24B by NASA research pilot Tom McMurtry.

Contributing to Space Shuttle research, these wingless vehicles were designed to fly to Earth from space and land like planes.

the X-24 is still one of my favorite experimental craft. It’s such a classic.

Happy 11th launchiversary @MarsCuriosity! 🎉 Curiosity lifted off from Cape Canaveral #OTD in 2011 aboard an Atlas V rocket at 10:02 a.m. EST.

I haven't made a Mastodon post yet so let this maple cookie pie I baked last night be the first one. Topped with vanilla brandy cream. Cheers!
in reply to Danny (he/they)

@danwchan thanks for the reminder - is there a way to add alt text after posting? I can't seem to find that option
in reply to Grace Deitzler

if your instance has edit then you can use that otherwise the way is to delete and redraft. I follow @PleaseCaption for reminders 😀

Today, @NASA_Orion will break the record for farthest distance of a spacecraft designed to carry humans to deep space and safely return them to Earth. This record is currently held by Apollo 13.

Hear from Apollo astronauts and flight directors on the future of #Artemis:
#NASA

in reply to NASA

Truly never occurred to me that Apollo 13 was the furthest crewed space flight. That extra 70-ish miles from the surface of the Moon made all the difference.
in reply to NASA

I'm not interested in going where no one's gone before.
