My YouTube video talking about that steamdeck . info store, that JSAUX teamed up with, that sold Steam Accounts and still claims to sell brand new Steam Decks at a discount is still blocked in the UK for “defamation” 🙃

But now Valve put out a PSA at least 👍

Pretty impressive considering the world record for just straight up running a mile is 3:43!

Running a good pace while keeping a rhythm dribbling the basketball sounds exhausting.

Help needed. *sigh*

I'm trying to back up my #Friendica instance on #Yunohost. Installed version should be the latest: 2022.12

I get error messages, both via web and CLI:

Info: Backing up the MySQL database...
Warnung: mysqldump: Error 1412: Table definition has changed, please retry transaction when dumping table `workerqueue` at row: 0

Anyone out there been able to solve this? There doesn't seem to be a solution on github.com/YunoHost-Apps/frien… or maybe I'm just missing it.

Thanks in advance.

in reply to zeitverschreib ⁂

We are constantly optimizing some tables, including this one. You could deactivate this on the admin backend. But then you should optimize the tables by yourself every few days.
in reply to Michael 🇺🇦

@Michael Vogel

Following the info on github.com/friendica/friendica… I was able to successfully run a backup in maintenance mode. May have been a coincidence, but I will try it again tomorrow.

in reply to Michael 🇺🇦

@Michael Vogel @zeitverschreib [friendica] like running mysqlcheck -o -A ?

Also I guess you could disable php-fpm and nginx for the time you do this work. Maybe manually systemctl stop the services that look like Friendica needs them.

But the solution of @Michael Vogel is better if it works.

in reply to utzer [Friendica]

@utzer [Friendica]

Thanks, I will try those commands the next time. For now, setting the instance to maintenance seems to do the trick.

It is 2023 and we are eager to release a new Heroic version with many improvements. We still don't know when it will be ready but so far let us show you a sneak peak of it:

- The Games Settings was moved to a Modal now. So no need to navigate to another page just to change them.
- We are adding a new setting to auto update games and also one to skip updates for a game.
- Improvements on how we find Wine/Proton/Crossover on launch.
And many other features and fixes.

in reply to Liam @ GamingOnLinux 🐧🎮

@gamingonlinux Yes. It is a setting disabled by default. If enabled, as soon as Heroic detects a game update, it will add to the download queue.

The Skip games update, will make Heroic still show that a game has an update (the update icon), but launching the game won't show any warning of some kind. And if the auto update setting is enabled, this game won't be added to the queue.

So, I hear you. But what do you really want me, as an individual who already drives an economy car and lives a very frugal, low-impact lifestyle, to do about it? I can say anything I want about how I wish governments would push for Right to Repair, green energy incentives, and a reinvestment into our transportation and shipping industries but they just... don't listen to me. Kind of at all.

No, the posts were reported as spam, it had nothing to do with the images. I apologize on behalf of the mod team, I told them many times to look more closely when a report is about an account with many followers, but the posts did look like spam at a quick glance.

@jaz Thank you for the speedy response! I’ll avoid the repetitive link threads in the future.

However, that doesn’t explain the final post on the list, which links to a different blog post and which doesn’t include any media at all.

I’m not trying to cause trouble, just trying to understand the philosophy.
