Research suggests rich people tend to be more selfish
"From Disneyโs Scrooge McDuck and Cruella de Vil to DC Comicsโ Lex Luthor, and to Mr Burns in the Simpsons, there are plenty of examples of wealthy people using their money and power in evil ways. But is there any truth to the stereotype that rich people are mean?
"There are many rich people who act benevolently, including philanthropists who give a lot of their money away. However, research in psychology has found a clear link between wealth and unethical behaviour, including an increased tendency to cheat and steal."

So #Nestle is apparently really, really bad..
I knew about some of it (like the recent scandal with #Perrier water) but not all, for example:
- the lobbying for removing access to water as a human right
- the aggressive extraction of water in order to bottle it and sell it for profit
- the use of forced child labour to produce sugar
- forcing their bad milk baby formula on people from developping countries
Somehow they just get along with paying some fines when found out and continuing their unethical business.
I'm not sure what the best source for all this is (let me know if you have one) but I'm going to try and boycott their products. Is there an app that can tell you if a brand belongs to Nestle since I don't think it's always shown on the packaging? In the meantime I found this: ethicalconsumer.org/food-drinkโฆ

Wealthy people do not see other people's problems, so they do not understand them. They often assume that those problems come from laziness or other kind of negligent behaviour.
To make it slightly clearer, when you are young, you are broke so you take a bus. In the bus you see all kinds of people every day. You get used to that.
