Really interesting piece on #Africa rediscovering its #Vegan heritage. So much food in Africa (and elsewhere) is traditionally largely #plantbased - no dairy and v little meat and eggs. Red #PalmOil (fat, pro vit a and e), greens (vit, protein) and yam (carbs) is a classic #Nigerian combination and nutritionally balanced. If i ever finish my palm oil book you can read more there! 😊
