The incredible (and often overlooked) mountain landscape of the Isle of Harris, Scotland. This place is rugged and unvisited, partly because the beaches of the island steal away attention and partly because of its unforgiving character. Many of these areas are fairly unexplored in terms of photography and I'm excited to spend a bit more time doing just that over the coming years.

Contrast that with Mastodon, where people fight against TheBadSpace, hidden replies are a thing, and folks don't believe Black users about abuse.

Not really sure what other purpose this reply mode serves. Do many (any) people use 'Followers only' for anything other than this kind of harrassment?

The use case discussed here is a bit different.
You can tag a non-follower in your post, then set the post to followers-only, making it so that the person you mentioned can see your post, your followers can pile on, and nobody else gets to witness this.
There really is no reason for this functionality, a followers-only post should not be shown to people who are not followers.
@Gargron @stefan @mastodonmigration @Bam "followers only" really should mean the followers of the poster AND the followers of any tagged person.
but you know "follow sync" is one of those huge/hard unsolved problems.

Marketing is deeply abused in our digital age. I'm tired of the manipulations, misinformation, and disinformation. On the otherhand I want to know when something I do like/need is available: such as new episodes of Star Trek, or soaps that don't include colours or fragrances that cause me to break out into itchy hives.
I've just stumbled across Trust Web Times which specialises in making people aware of abuses in marketing, as well as pointing out ways to market with integrity. Four-leafed is rare. 3 lobes per leaf doesn't happen, because of the way the leaves grow. If it did, the veins would match the lobes, which they don't. Freezing doesn't magically make the flesh of the leaf disappear. If you take the flesh away, ice wouldn't naturally form in leaf shapes.
This is definitely artificial, though conceivably physically created then photographed.
