So, um... I'm sitting here writing a ghost story for a project that I'll talk about soon. And there's a streaming music app sitting idle in the background. It's not playing music, because I need to concentrate to get a chapter off the ground. Once I get going, it's fine and I fire up the music.
Of its own accord, and without any input from me, it just started playing this. I didn't touch the app and, indeed, it's on another screen on a different desktop.

ICE is a semi-fascistic operation, and out of control.
The review followed weeks of heavy criticism over lost text messages at the Secret Service and revelations that the phones of top former DHS officials Ken Cuccinelli and Chad Wolf were wiped after they left office.
It's unclear how the DHS review impacts the phone policy at ICE, which is part of the department. CNN has reached out to ICE and DHS.

Hi all, I have a few questions for the community about PeerTube strategy for online independent film distribution.
I'm part of an academic/art/film project and we are going to publish online about 5-10 short and long films in the next 3 years. Some of them will be trailers. Some of them will be films behind a password, to be viewed by a restricted audience for a while. Some of them will be freely accessible full-length films (eventually all password-protected films will be come available).
As a group, we want to publish in free/open access/open source platforms. We are already present on mastodon (post.lurk.org/web/@securityvisβ¦) and would like to pursue a free-publish first strategy. What would you recommend? 1/2
