Manjaro Broke Asahi Linux... AGAIN!!! #Linux #YouTube youtu.be/eDRiBbzzREw
in reply to Brodie Robertson

Controversy creates clicks? While it is possible to discuss mistakes and errors in contributing to open source projects publicly this way, it does not seem wise.
in reply to Brodie Robertson

Brodie's Linux drama takes never disappoint.

"Manjaro, Amiright?!"

Crowd: *laughs and claps*

A year ago, we passed 5,000 planets confirmed beyond our solar system. We've since added more than 300 exoplanets to the total and @NASAWebb has increased what we know about many of them. We are living in an age of discovery. Exoplanets.nasa.gov

#OTD one year ago, we passed 5,000 confirmed exoplanets. It was a milestone decades in the making. When we add sound for each new planet, you can hear the pace of discovery as worlds appear across our galaxy. go.nasa.gov/3Jz67Y0

Happy that the first exoplanet discovered accidentally by Dale Frail and Aleksander Wolszczan in 1992 is included. They were not even mentioned when other #astronomers were awarded the Nobel prize for the discovery of exoplanets. And yet the discovery ended up showing exoplanets can show up in strange places.

#openweb and encrypted chat should coexist without reproducing the mistakes of centralized #dotcons. Bounded projects like #4opens and #PGA help us resist #mainstreaming liberalism and create a shared space of practice and direction for politics and technology. Theory comes from practice, emphasizing grassroots #DIY practices, and using theory from them. Focus on the #4opens is important to avoid pushing mess hamishcampbell.com/2023/03/21/…

There are meany subcultures on #mastodon that have the idea that they are the ONLY subculture and everything they think is the big story of #fedivers culture. This is bad behaver and obviously not true.

What we do have in common is #4opens and a history of #openweb netticate. The rest is a point of view, valid for its group, but not the "big" story.

Good for #mainstreaming people to understand this healthy, but messy #open culture we have here.

And at the same time President Biden, who promised not to allow oil production in the Alaskan wilderness, has approved the Willow project, which will result in 250 oil wells pumping out petroleum to burn as soon as possible to increase the rate of climate change.

I think our current civilization is doomed, and future civilizations are going to have a rough time getting established.
