Back before I moved to Linux & was still on #Windows7 2019, I went out of my way to not use proprietary tools & only used open source tools & tools ported to #Windows from #Linux.
A cheap answer from me would be: #Okular & #Firefox replaced #Adobe Reader for PDFs
The thing about proprietary #Software is you have to pay for it & I was never into that๐Ÿดโ€โ˜ ๏ธ ๐Ÿฆœ๏ธ
