Hello. Yes, sometimes, setting things up is a challenge, however, things are improving. The QT environment variables are definitely not needed for QT 6, and likely 5. Same can be said about GTK_MODULES, which are not needed at least from GTK 3.

Unfiltered Flathub is approved to be provided as a third party repo you can enable for Fedora 38! In the next release, if you enable Flathub as a third party repo, you will get everything on Flathub and not just the Fedora Flatpaks.
