To all #mitochondria enthusiasts out there: we just released mitoMouse, a metabolic model for mouse mitochondria. It is based on the well-known and detailed human MitoCore model, which we updated with latest knowledge on the CoQ crossroad; and translated to SBML3 and Jupyter for easy usage. mitoMouse has 390 genes and 445 metabolites involved in 560 unique reactions. Find here our preprint with all details: biorxiv.org/content/10.1101/20…

in reply to Sursiendo

in reply to Sursiendo

Does it solve the bizarre issues with some controllers? I have had weird trouble with both a Steam Controller and Switch Pro Controller. Very frustrating, we couldn't use our dock at all as a result.

"In light of this development, there has clearly been a paradigm shift away from the sexual stereotypes dominating the early era of sexual selection research towards a more nuanced viewpoint acknowledging that females can be subject to sexual selection too. This progress was substantially fostered by the rise of molecular paternity analyses in the early 1990s revealing that females of many putatively monogamous species are actually polyandrous [25]—also called the “polyandry revolution” [26], which spurred the quest for understanding the adaptive significance of multiple mating from a female perspective."

This year, set up your Nextcloud All-in-One! 🎊

AIO is a simple way to achieve a full-blown Nextcloud installation with features working out of the box.

We've put together a how-to guide on our blog today!

in reply to Nextcloud 📱☁️💻

I’m just trying out @nextcloud and the All in One docker container made it super easy to get started and manage my nextcloud instance.

Thank you!

in reply to Nextcloud 📱☁️💻

works like a charm for me as well. Updates are just a few klicks and no issues so far. 🙏

What makes Nextcloud stand out? ✨

"First of all privacy. The ability to host your own data and to know where your data is."

Listen to this customer interview with Nassim Shahin, Information Technology Services Manager at Erzbistum Köln.

in reply to Nextcloud 📱☁️💻

Is there a way to do client-side encryption of next-cloud data somehow (besides using 3.party crypto tool before moving files to drive)? I mean for cases where the nextcloud is hosted in the cloud but I would like to have a folder for privacy critical data.
